Please do not send us private Facebook messages or post questions to our Facebook wall.
We only communicate via email so that our entire team is on the same page. We usually answer emails the same day, every day of the week.
We do ask that you please allow us up to 48 business hours to respond to all emails in case of an unforeseen circumstance that would push our same day response back.
Additionally, please do not send your email more than once unless you have not heard back after 48 business hours.
We answer emails from oldest to newest and emailing again will bump your email thread to the newest set of emails and create a longer delay.
Please do NOT send us a private Facebook message as we will likely miss it and we want to help you. :)
