With COVID on the rise in Ohio, we have put in extra precautions to keep our staff safe including zoning our warehouse. Keeping our staff safe is our number one priority. Teams are not allowed to enter zones they are not assigned to, which means sales, shipping, and receiving cannot interact except via walkie talkie. This may cause delays, as our teams usually work together as explained belief Right now, we are shipping at about 5-8 business days for in stock items. Preorders will have an estimated date on them when you checkout and all items sold at market shipped. Our process is usually that our amazing receiving team normally moves inventory after it’s sold into the shipping warehouse while our shippers keep shipping. They are now leaving it outside of the shipping warehouse for our awesome shipping team to put away, preventing our shippers from shipping all day.
